Reprinting or Emailing a Historical Check

  1. Swipe a manager’s card or enter a manager’s Sign-On ID
  2. Touch “Reprint Historical Check”
  3. Enter the date of the check you wish to e-mail or reprint
  4. Touch the blue arrow next to the check you wish to reprint or email
  5. Type in the email address you wish to email the check to, OR press “cancel” to print it.
  6. Touch “Done”

If when attempting to email a historical check, the receipt prints immediately and you did not get a keyboard popup allowing you to type in the email address, call our support line and we will assist you in turning the email feature on.


The check total displayed WILL NOT include any automatic gratuity when on the reprint/reopen check screens or on MC – POS Transaction Query.
