Changing Passwords

NOTE

Passwords must be changed periodically in Manager Console. You will get a warning when you log in that your password is about to expire or has expired.

NOTE

Mobile dashboard now has a separate password option that does not expire. Mobile dashboard passwords must be synced before they will work. This is done by going changing the password as described and clicking on the help tab at the top of Manager Console, then mobile dashboard info, then clicking “resync” and waiting 2 minutes before clicking “OK”. 

NOTE

If your new Mobile Dash Password isn’t working, even after clicking resync and waiting 2 minutes before clicking OK, you may need to add a new user using the “Add Like” feature.

NOTE

If you are getting a username/password error when connecting to mobile dashboard, you should change your mobile dash password and resync. 

  1. To change passwords for Manager Console, log into Manager console.
  2. Click “Employees” at the top.
  3. Click “Modify Employees”
  4. Double click the employee you need to change the Manager Console password for.
  5. Click “Password” to change the Manager Console password or “Mobile dash pass” to change the password for the mobile dashboard smartphone/tablet app.
  6. A box will pop up named “New Password” with two empty fields. Type in the NEW password TWICE, once in each empty field.
  7. Click “Ok”
  8. Click “Ok”
  9. Click “Done”
  10. If you changed the mobile dash pass, click help, then mobile dash info, then click the resync button and wait 2 minutes before clicking “OK”
