Setting Up Automatic Email Reports (End of Day Email Reports)

For Version 7.2 and newer:

  1. In MC, go to Setup -> System Preferences -> EOD Setup.
  2. Click the “Reports” tab
  3. Click one of the empty options that say “none” in the white box on the left. Scroll down if need be
  4. Select the report from the drop box at the top right, above the Report Frequency checkboxes
  5. Check the applicable checkbox(s) for Report Frequency
  6. Highlight the email address for each recipient you would like to receive this report
  7. Click “OK”
NOTE

If your email address doesn’t show up in the drop box, click on the “Emails” tab and enter your email in one of the available fields by selecting the field and pressing “Edit”.

For versions older than 7.2:

  1. In MC, go to Setup -> System Preferences
  2. Call the EBTF Non-Emergency Support Line(877-594-8767) and ask for today’s security code
  3. Enter today’s security code. If the system does not ask for today’s security code, you may have insufficient permissions to access System Preferences
  4. Click the “EOD Reports” tab
  5. Click one of the empty options that say “none” in the white box on the left. Scroll down if need be
  6. Select the report from the drop box at the top right, above the Report Frequency checkboxes
  7. Check the applicable checkbox(s) for Report Frequency
  8. In the dropdown below the Report Frequency checkboxes, select the email address that you would like to receive this report at
  9. Click “OK”
NOTE

If your email address doesn’t show up in the drop box, click on the “EOD E-mails” tab and enter your email in one of the available fields.
