On onePOS:
- Go to ‘Server Menu’.
- Click ‘Balance Query’.
- Swipe card through stripe reader or manually enter the card number (when manually entering a GC, enter a 3 before the number on the back).
On oneMetrix:
- Log in to oneMetrix at onemetrix.com.
- Once logged in, go to the ‘Gift Cards’ tab.
- Manually enter the gift card number.
- Press ‘Get Balance’.
On iPad:
- Open the onePOS vTerminal application on the iPad.
- Make sure you are on the ‘Gift Cards’ Tab.
- Click ‘Balance Query’.
- Swipe the gift card through the stripe reader adapter or manually enter the card number.
